Where is the best place/forum(s) to educate myself (pedantic, minutia, etc.) on the 1965 K code Mustang -- with some traffic?  Thanks!  8)

The K-code site has no traffic though you could probably ask a question there.  I think the Concours Forum is better and has some real experts on K-codes present.  There is also some archived stuff there that is useful.  You would still have to ask though because K-codes are not the focus of the site.  I don't know of a specific K-code site that has any life to it.

Thanks Jim.  I was thinking that might be the place to go if I was interested but haven't really looked into those cars much so I thought I'd ask.   :D

Try the Boss 302 site. Go to the 'Off Topic' thread and post your questions there. Im quite sure you will get tons of info. Good luck!

After all these years, you should know better than to encourage me or to say anything that might -- even in some alternate universe -- be construed as even the remotest form of encouragement for me to get another car!  ;) ;D  Gonna have to say though, they are kind of neat little cars.  Totally different animal than the '69s, of course, or even from the '68s.

Plenty of K code restorers and owners at the ConcoursMustang site.  If you own a car then the K code specific items are only about 5% of the total car and there is plenty of help, current threads and articles to help with restorations and those little factory details.

More than happy to help were we can.

I am also happy to help where I can I have a 65 k code fastback that is largely unmolested. And a friend of mine has a 66 k Jeff Speegle used to own.
