Warming up, getting close.

Need an s-tube for my 70 CJ.

Have some 69 Mach 1 wheels, nice shape, not perfect, cheap.

Will be there.

Also a pair of NOS 69 Coupe quarters.

Came last year as a spectator, but now my car is finished and I want to bring it.  Since I'm a newbie at this, I have several questions:
-What days do you all have your cars in the showfield?
-Is there a designated area for those of us that are on the registry?  If not, do you try to gather in one area?
-Bring your own canopy?
-For those that arrive Fri before they close, do you leave your car in the showfield overnight?  Designated area for leaving trailers?

Thanks for your feedback.

Weather permitting I'll be there with my car on Saturday. I'll be parked in the 1970 Mach 1 class. I drive up from Virginia and don't usually spend the night. I did for the 2008 reunion and parked the car with me at a motel over night. Some people leave the car on the show field, but I think most people don't. The field gets pretty empty as late afternoon turns into evening.

For the last few years (except for last year) I was working with the organizers to have a club tent set up. No one was ever interested in actually setting up tables and manning the tent, so it was just a tent under which we would set a time to meet. The tent costs real money unless you have something like 25 registered club members. We haven't had that many for the last few years, so last year I didn't pay for a tent. I didn't do it this year, either.

Some people bring canopies, but make sure it can be properly secured.

Wierd year for me this June !   GOing to PA the weekend BEFORE Carlisle - stopping on THURSDAY (vendor day) for a FAST BUYING SPREE then back to MI for Daughters High School Graduation.    (Don't even think I can stay for Karaoke)

Mark
P.S.       Then have to return the week after Ford Nationals for a sales meeting in PA!

Was talking to Scott this week - wanted me to remind (the many that always walk down to K45/46) that I won't be there this year.  I know no free T shirt, ham sandwich or abuse !   Have fun !!     You can still walk down to L row and see George!

Mark
P.S.  Sadly Bill and I will not be there in 2016 either.  New rules for Carlise as well as market changes (mostly people changes) has us rethinking the overall cost of the abuse (abuse on us this time) LOL

Nope! not ringing a bell. I do remember a short pale skin guy talking stupid but, that can't be you.

Mark. You were giving away fee t-shirts AND food? Why was I not informed?

And free abuse to all that I see. See mark, I will pick up were you left off. LOL.

Larry  will be Ford Carlisle Site R20 selling 71 Mustang parts, 429 CJ and 70-71 Torino stuff. Check him out. Same site as BRBT, although is questionable if truck or beer will be there.

Thank goodness Ford put wipers on the cars back then LOL!! Seems like just about every year we hit Rain , had the whole driver side Wiper Arm fly off the 70' on the PA Turnpike a few years back..that was fun..!

I usually roll in around noon on Thurs.  It used to be just a vendor setup day but I think they open it to anyone now.
