You referencing the 69?
It was sold in 71 then disappeared. Story goes it was returned to the street then totaled.
This car surfaced in a yard somewhere in Nebraska but was a tired clone. Steve Vanderwall is a good friend of Barry's and may have better info

It was a factory CJ car .Barry said it was sold and disappeared thought to be turned back into a street car .I have heard no rumors of any siting's .It would be valuable a super stock car restored .It won the Winter Nationals in 1970 and 1971 as well as a lot of other races and ran strong at all of them .
had many 428 CJ and SCJ cars over the last 30 years.I currently own a 68 1/2 coupe and a 69 R code SCJ Coupe and a 70 R code SCJ Cougar Eliminator .I am looking for a 70 428 coupe if anybody knows of one for sale.

It was a red exterior car not sure on interior. We tried to get the owner of the dealership at the time to dig out the serial # but the idiot kept saying he would and never tried .

I talked to Barrie today in Columbus  .He said his car was a red on red car and when they sold it was repainted back to red .The stripes were no longer on it .
