i sold her in 1994 or 1995 to Volo Antique Auto Museum and then they sold her within a few months.  Would love to know where she is and how she's doing.  Brutal car!

It's registered, but the info we have is old. What we have shows an owner in Illinois - and based on your email address I believe it's you.

I haven't owned the car since 95 or 96, so that's odd.

Not really, that's about the time frame for the source of the info we have.

I owned and raced this car back in the 80s. Still have a duplicate title on it from when I lost the original so I know its the one. I would be extremely interested in buying it back

I wondered if this was it, but the VIN is wrong...

Scott, is this registered?

Hi John

I check this registry every so often.  I purchased the Mach 1 from kid named Fermin(?) in South Barrington.   I now recall i had to chase down your old girlfriend in Wheeling to get the title signed over.   The car was in pieces with the body at Countryside Customs near Batavia and the mechanicals in his basement.  I had the car put back together and painted the original Acapulco Blue. The engine work that someone else did was crappy and the bearings got chewed up on during break-in.   I had the engine remachined and enjoyed it for a few years.  I sold it in 1996 or so and have missed it ever since.   Not sure if the engine was original or not.  Let me know if you ever find it!
