9F91R562335 - A Pennslyvania SCJ Eliminator
« on: November 07, 2018, 02:41:28 pm »
Searching for the block/heads for 9F562335 a Bright Blue Metallic SCJ Eliminator.

Car was originally out of Ithaca NY per the Marti but has spent the majority of its life in PA. Was owed by various guys in NE PA and raced at Pocono Drag Lodge and was also painted a bright orange at some point. Does anyone remember this car?

Thanks, Sean M

Sean, I assume that there is a typo in the VIN  in your subject box.   9F01R562335 maybe?    Dave R.
Currently:

Seems to be a pattern here.

Dave, you are thinking Mustang.  This is a Standard Hardtop Cougar, 9F91R5...

Sean, did you get it home finally?  Post up some pics when you get a chance :-)

Gotcha Sean. The Eliminator didn't make the light go off when I read this originally. Good luck.   Dave R.

Lol Mike, hold your horses. Won't have it in the den until next summer - going to make a college graduation road trip out of it. Hopefully hit a show or two on the way back, along with visiting a couple different guys for parts.

Already purchased a few parts including a complete SCJ rotating assy, a ram air lid, valve covers and a '69 shifter among other things. Finding a block has been more difficult than expected though. Hoping someone sees this thread and can send me in the right direction  ;D Sean M
