50th Anniversary Celebration of the Mach 1 at VIR

There is a 50th anniversary celebration at VIR July 6-7, 2019, sponsored by the SVT Cobra Mustang club. Below are some details

Registration ends in 6 months on July 7, 2019 11:59 PM EDT

The Car Show at the Mach 1 50th Anniversary Celebration is for any year Mustang or Ford with a focus on Mach 1 Mustangs. 

Mach 1 owners will be able to participate in the following:

1. Reserved spots under the canopy for Mach 1 owners who enter the car show

2. Special lunch time "parade laps" session just for Mach 1 owners on the 3.27 mile road course.  This session will last for no more than 15 minutes, then everyone else gets to go on lunch time touring laps.  Photos will be taken while the group is on track together.  Photos may be purchased at the event.

3. Special Mach 1 award to the "Best of Show" Mach 1.  A select number of Mustang owners who will not know anyone at the event will select the winning recipient.

4. Optional photos of your Mustang at the "Winner's Circle" at the track for you to purchase

5. Exclusive Mach 1 50th Event Tee shirts for participants only

6. Saturday night dinner at the Auto Museum

 - Entrance to the event

 - On track parade laps  - $20.00

 - Car Show - $20.00

- Tee Shirt - $20.00  (Limited supply, must be purchased prior to the event as only a few will be availabe at the event)

Come watch the track participants while your show your pride and joy at the historic Virginia International Raceway in Alton, VA You may also be able to catch a ride in a new GT350 or other specialty Mustangs.
