Ring and pinion
« on: February 15, 2019, 10:51:41 am »
Found a Ford ring and pinion on the shelf not sure what the ratio is, ID# on ring is D2 4210 A2,  pinion C2AW 4610L. I'm thinking 3.00 is there a site to decipher ford third members?

I think a 3.00 is 13/39 so count the teeth on the pinion and if they are 13 it is likely a 3.00.

Divide the pinion into the ring gear. It's that simple.
