We've received a report that the original front clip for 8F02R135008 has been purchased and titled in California. The car was severely damaged in an on-track wreck that killed the owner/driver in 1990:

The original information we received described the car as having been scrapped after the wreck. The person who reported the purchase of the clip and associated documentation is the same person who claims that they made the purchase, and their intention is to rebuild the car using an original donor body shell with full disclosure of its history and provenance. We've asked to see pictures of the clip and the stamped fender aprons to document as much as we can. The reporter has said they that would provide those pictures when they can.

Per the writeup- it had a 429-60 engine when the crank broke - ironical.
