I think a SCJ Twister Special sold for $180 plus fee?

I think there were two Twisters, both bid into the $160K-$180K range and I don't think either of them sold.

Since I am coupe biased, I thought the '69 R code 4-speed GT coupe was pretty cool and definitely rare/oddity.  Bid to $55K and no sale.

It is easy to look up the results on the Mecum site.  I think there were maybe 2 '69 convertibles?  And the bidding was not hot.  I remember one went to $110K and didn't sell.

Boss 9s and 1968 Shelbys seemed soft. 69-70 CJ cars, besides the convertibles, did pretty well. The two Twister cars knocked it out of the park, IMO.
