Ford Carlisle Super Bargains??
« on: June 03, 2019, 11:13:08 am »
Anyone find any great deals??

I got a rust free 70 Mach 1 trunk lid (original used Ford) for $125 and a NOS stripe kit for it for $15.

Made my day!
1965 Convertible Mustang (automatic)
1965 Coupe 289 HP (4 Speed)
1966 Coupe Pro-Street (in the works) (4 Speed)
1967 Shelby GT350 (4 Speed)
1968 Mustang GT S Code (4 Speed)
1970 CJ Mach 1 Q Code (4 Speed)

I like 4 speeds!

Not really,  sold a few things but could not find any 69 qrt trim panels. I did notice an abundance of Mack 1 dash gauge pods... lots ! Really nice weather Friday and Saturday though.

I noticed that too - lots of dash clusters and tach dash setups.  I saw a nice set of the teak/light walnut pieces and wish I had inquired further because I either couldn't find them again or they were gone.  Violated the first rule of swap meet shopping - buy it when you see it.

I went this year vowing NOT to buy anything unless I really needed it for a current project, still spent over 1500.00 on stuff I just couldn't pass up. Unlike years past there was  ALOT of good NOS stuff and a lot of rare parts. I guess guys are finally starting to unload parts they've been sitting on for a while.
